Sometimes I think about how perfect Arthur Darvill is, but then I stop because it’s far too overwhelming for my tiny mind to understand.
Perfect Arthur with his random trivia, his theater dates with Alex and his ability to deal with Moffat’s homicidal tendencies.
Rory was obviously kind of quite jealous of the Doctor. But I think that’s gone now and they’ve got a real bond, they’ve got a real kind of true friendship. […] They still need each other and they still are great, great friends. I think they’ve got a very, very strong relationship and, you know, as much as Rory can be a bumbling idiot at times I think he’s proved to the Doctor and to everyone else around that when everything starts kicking off you can really step up to the plate and deliver. And be of use– because I think fundamentally he’s a good person. And the Doctor kind of constantly seeks good people. And Rory’s, you know, up there with the best of those.

arthur told the actual best story today. apparently, he was at a benefit gala the other night for his old acting school. he stopped at a table, looked down, and saw a piece of paper with “hello, dad” written on it. he looked up to see alex waving at him from across the room with champagne in her hand.
